an order for a travel insurance policy. To avoid wasting your
time, their site cannot provide a quotation for travel insurance
which involves one or more of the following:
- Long
Stay trips for a period in excess of 90 days (31 days for
travellers over 64)
- Business
trips which involve any form of manual work
- Trips
which are taken against medical advice (if you have a medical
condition but your doctor has confirmed you are safe to
travel please contact us rather than proceeding with an
online quotation)
- Trips
involving unaccompanied children under 18.
- Winter
sports holidays for travellers aged 64 and over
- Single
trip holidays for persons aged 79 or over
- Trips
involving participation in hazardous activities e.g. parachuting,
potholing etc.
Annual
Travel Insurance
This policy from Mitchell & Partners covers any number
of trips during the year, provided that each trip does not
exceed 31 days. This is usually the most economical method
of obtaining travel insurance if you are likely to take
more than one trip each year. It is available for travellers
up to the age of 74 for trips which do not involve winter
sports participation, or age 64 if winter sports are to be
included.
Single
Trip Travel Insurance
Mitchell & Partners' single trip policy covers one trip
of a specified length up to 90 days (31 days for travellers
aged 65 or over). This is usually the most economical method
of obtaining travel insurance if you are not likely
to take more than one trip each year. It is available for
travellers up to 79 years of age (64 if winter sports cover
required).
